Program/Project Management Templates

What are your favorite Program and Project Management Templates?  Do feel free to share, or request ones you like to use from Change Acceleration Process, Six Sigma, PSPI,Rummler Brache, PMP, PRINCE2 or other Project Management Methodology.

The Project Management Office Features a rich collection of PMBOK Project Management Templates. They also feature some project management samples of various business projects that might be kicking off like Project Management, Relationship Management, Change Management, Requirements Management and Risk Management Planning aids.

I found the Project Management Office when searching for best practices for managing "risk".  I was looking to see if Microsoft Project 2010 had anything new, or if other templates might offer more feature rich plans, when I found the Risk Register Template which provides a way for capturing, identifying, standards for prioritizing, trigger indicators that set thresholds for escalation, and a risk ownership definition to manage the risks.

CAP Tools were the second search.. Great for assessing the personal or team dynamics details of change,  perceptions and issues that derail projects.   Some of the CAP tools are ARMI, GPRI , Includes/Excludes , Threat Vs Opportunity , In Frame / Out Frame , More of..Less of , Elevator Speech.  EFFECTIVENESS = Q x A (Quality x Acceptance)
QUALITY – TECHNICAL STRATEGY
ACCEPTANCE - CULTURAL STRATEGY
